The world holds more questions than answers, but within those questions we truly find ourselves. Chris’s deepest passion has always been to find the true meaning behind what we see on the surface. With a spirit of adventure, he explores the deepest recesses of the mind and the universe that we find ourselves within. Life is meant to be lived and investigated. 

Chris grew up in West Texas where he learned the foundational values behind relationships and community. There is nothing more integral to a person’s mental health than the company in which he keeps. Family, friends, and support networks are the foundation for anyone to live and thrive within an ever increasingly connected society. Charity and service have been the core bedrocks to his life’s purpose and cause. 

He holds a BA in English & Philosophy from Texas Tech University, MA in Marriage and Family Therapy, and is completing his PsyD at Alliant University. His writings and articulate style have inspired thousands to explore their deeper Self. Currently completing his first book, he is mastering the one true art of Letting Go and shows us how we all are whole and complete exactly as we are today. Chris has transformed the idea of Self-Help into true Self-Discovery. 

He now resides in Los Angeles, CA working as a Crisis Interventionist and Life Coach.
